Fitness Training
We are starting fitness training on the 3rd of March. Training will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16h30 to 18h00. Coach Darren and Coach Jarod have put together a fitness programme that will include low intensity fitness working its way to high intensity, while learning skills and ball handling at the same time. This is a fun lead up to the season. Coaches will be running too!! We look forward to seeing you all there.
